Terms & Conditions of Purchasing a Puppy
Terms & Conditions
If you are interested in a puppy you can book an appointment to see the puppy in person or we can video call before you decide whether you would like to purchase the puppy. If the puppy is under 8 weeks old a deposit of $500 is required to hold the puppy. Deposits are a way to assure the puppy will have a home. Otherwise a deposit is not required if the puppy is over 8 weeks old. A puppy who is over 8 weeks old will be ready for pick up. The deposit is only refundable if something happens on my behalf. If for any reason, you decide or cannot purchase the puppy the deposit will not be refunded.

If you come pick up your puppy and you cannot keep it, you can always return the puppy back to me, but I will not be able to return any of the money that you paid for the puppy, even if a day just past after you pick up the puppy.

Puppy Package
All my puppies come with a health warranty contract and one month of health insurance. They will be up to date with vaccines/deworming and they will be Vet. Checked. They will also, come with the vaccination record card, vet record, pee pads, and a bag of food that the puppy is currently eating.
Spay/Neuter Contract No Breeding Rights
When signing the spay/neuter contract you are agreeing that the puppy will NEVER be breed. Puppies must be spayed/neutered at the age of 6 months old. The buyer will have to send a copy of the spay/neuter certificate to Lovely Puppies For You. In the event that the new owner(s) fail to uphold this agreement, a set price of $7,000 will be paid by the new owners to Lovely Puppies For You for damages, along with any/all legal fees incurred by Mari Romero/Lovely Puppies For You for the upholding of this contract. More information will be provided in the spay/neuter contract.
Monthly Payments
Only under special situations we accept monthy payments with 0% interest to help families out. If the families cannot keep the puppy anymore the remaining balance will still be due and will need to be paid off even if the family no longer has the puppy.
